Ken McGraw is a Senior Consultant of Compliance Services at PROEDGE FM, bringing over 35 years of experience in the healthcare industry. His career began in operations and evolved over the past 25 years into leadership roles at the Director and Administrative levels. Ken has worked in acute care hospitals ranging in size from 200 to 1,000 beds, with responsibilities spanning Facilities Management, Support Services, Construction Management, and Healthcare Compliance.
Throughout his career, Ken has led initiatives to ensure successful outcomes during Joint Commission surveys, OSHA inspections, and CMS validation audits. Notably, he spent approximately five years as a Life Safety Code Specialist with The Joint Commission, further deepening his expertise in regulatory compliance.
For the past decade, Ken has served as a consultant, specializing in evaluating and enhancing compliance with standards set by The Joint Commission, CMS, AOA, CARF, and DNV. He focuses on implementing sustainable compliance programs, identifying areas for improvement, and providing targeted education and training to keep clients current with evolving standards and regulatory requirements.
Ken is also recognized for his leadership and management skills, including staff development, operational efficiency, financial stewardship, organizational strategy, and effective communication.
