He obtained his Master of Applied Science in Mechanical engineering in the field of energy recovery and humidity control and has since been active in the industry. Mo is the current chair of ASHRAE Technical Committee 5.5; Air-to-Air Energy Recovery and is a member of Technical Committee 5.1; Fans. He is a past president of ASHRAE British Columbia Chapter.
